Application
Glycol Ether EB is a fast-evaporating solvent which is used in a wide variety of coatings, cleaners, and many other types of products. It is 100% water soluble. Glycol Ether EB displays powerful solvency and great coupling and coalescing ability. It is often used as an active solvent for solvent-based coatings and a coalescent for industrial water-based coatings. It is compatible with a wide variety of resins including acrylic, alkyd, phenolic, epoxy, nitrocellulose and urethane resins. Other applications for Glycol Ether EP include household and industrial cleaners, rust removers, hard surface cleaners, disinfectants, silk screen printing inks, and agricultural pesticides.
