Application
DETDA is a versatile and effective curing agent used in polyurethanes and epoxy resins. It also functions as a chain extender for polyurethane and polyurea elastomers, particularly in reaction injection molding (RIM) and spray applications. DETDA's broad range of uses includes serving as an intermediate in the production of pesticides, miticides, dyestuffs, antioxidants, pharmaceuticals, synthetic resins, and fragrances. Additional applications span across filament winding, electronic encapsulation, prepregs, tooling, potting and casting, laminating, coating, molding, and adhesives.
