Application
C8 C10 Methyl Ester is useful in a variety of applications including soap-making, chlorinated lubricants, PEG Esters, cutting oils, aviation lubricants, amides, defoamers, gear oils, ink solvents, isopropyl ester, methyl ester sulphonates, rolling oils, sulphurized lubricants, metal working fluids, low VOC solvents, solvents for paint removal, production of plasticizers, stabilizers, resins, perfumery and flavorings. C8 C10 Methyl Ester is produced from a vegetable oil feedstock, making it a "green" choice for formulators. It is naturally biodegradable, non-toxic, and produces low volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
