Application

DCBS granular is a secondary general-purpose accelerator for the rubber industry. It functions as a delayed action sulfenamide accelerator for use with both natural and synthetic rubbers. It works well for applications where exceptionally long flow times are required. DCBS shows the best scorch resistance of all commonly used sulfenamide accelerators, and it does well where high processing temperatures are required. It is especially suitable for rubber products subjected to high dynamic stresses, and is particularly useful for thick cross-section molded articles. It can be used alone or in combination with other secondary accelerators.

Packaged in 25 kg paper bag with poly liner, or 500 kg super sack.
