Application
Palmitic Acid 98% is a fatty acid with a 16-carbon chain length backbone, which is most often found naturally in palm oil and other vegetable sources. It can be used to produce soaps and as an emulsifier for cosmetics. It is also commonly used as an industrial mold release agent for plastics. Palmitic acid and its sodium salts can also be sued as natural food additives.
