Application
Zinc Oxide is a white, water-insoluble powder widely used as an additive in rubber, ceramics, pigments, coatings, medicine, and food. Beyond traditional applications, its wide band gap makes it suitable for advanced uses such as LEDs. Zinc oxide is also highly effective for the adsorption of hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) in gas streams containing hydrocarbons or hydrogen. Designed with optimal surface area and high activity sites, it enables efficient and irreversible sulfur capture by allowing the reaction to progress from the outer surface to the core of the particles, ensuring maximum adsorption performance.
