Application
Dibutyl phthalate (DBP) is a plasticizer used in applications such as adhesives, lacquers and printing inks. Dibutyl phthalate can be used as a secondary plasticizer with other phthalates for highly concentrated PVC compounds. DBP can also be used in surface coatings, adhesives and printing inks.
